To attend the conference, all international participants must complete Political Clearance formalities through the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
The organizers will obtain this clearance after collecting the required information from all visitors. Please submit your details as early as possible.
Step 1: Apply for Political Clearance
Submit the requested information via the form shared by the organizers. The organizers need this information to get Political Clearance from MEA, which is mandatory before applying for an e-Visa.
Step 2: Apply for an e-Visa
e-Visa Portal: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Choose “e-Conference Visa” and upload the following:
- Passport copy (page with personal particulars)
- Invitation Letter (provided by organizers)
- Political Clearance from MEA (provided by organizers)
- Event Clearance from MHA (optional; upload only if the portal requires it)
Form C – On Arrival
Hotels in India must submit Form C to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO).
A copy will be given to you—please collect it at checkout, as immigration authorities may request it at departure.
