Registration Steps for ICESR 2025

Welcome to the inaugural International Conference on Electron Spin Resonance (ICESR) 2025. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

  1. Check Registration Fee
    Review the fee chart (below) or calculate your total using the [Fee Calculator] (hyperlink).

    *The fee amount will be charged in INR, the amount in USD is subject to change with currency rate fluctuation

  2. Make the Payment
    Pay the required amount through the [Payment Gateway] . Save the transaction receipt/proof of payment in PDF or JPG format (maximum size: 1 MB).
  3. Complete the Registration Form
    Open the [Registration Link] under the Registration section. The same link will also be provided in the payment acknowledgment email from IISc.
    • Fill in all required details.
    • Upload the proof of transaction.
  4. Save Confirmation
    After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment from Google Forms. Please save this response sheet as proof of registration.

Visa Assistance (for Non-Indian Participants)

Participants who are not Indian passport holders must request visa assistance from the organizers. Please follow these steps:

  1. In the registration form, under “Which country’s passport are you holding?”, select Other.
  2. This will direct you to Section 2 (Visa Assistance).
  3. Upload a single PDF containing the first and last pages of your passport.
